I am a terrible lj friend and i promise an update later today if PT does not leave me too sore. Miss you friends. Saturday, June 13th, 2015. Had surgery on 1st, went as planned. Since then I have been spending time doing physical therapy, brusing buck, trying to sleep and trying to avoid pain meds. Range of motion is improving, i have a ways to go yet.
