The process has begun.this 9-piece chamber jazz ensemble will explore and re-imagine music of the American Civil War in a modern, yet historically connected manner. Serve over sour dough or rice, with sour cream and shredded cheese! 1 lb Beef – Top Round (1 inch cubes). 1/4 lb Bacon – Fried and crumbled, rendered fat reserved. 1 large green pepper, diced. 1 tsp ground cumin.
