Well, first weekend in and the plans to go out cycling were put on the back-burner so I can offer help/support to Caryne on her honours project - which she's planning to finish over the weekend. Brisk stroll, but nothing fantastic, if I'd left sooner I'd have gotten 2 laps in. Ach well, it all counts. plus I've got the bike ride home again today! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Fortunately rain wasn't as bad as during the day and it did seem to clear up before I got home, but still enough to get wet and slow me down a bit. Anyhoo, on with the stats:. Over lunchtime, I decided to look into my current and recommended BMI. And used the following from the NHS. Https:/ www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyweightcalculator.aspx? It would appear that I am currently Overweight (like I didn't know that! Although, the following link said I have a BMI. Of 275, with a maximum healthy weight of 12 stone. I've got quite some way to go.

Another double-loop of the business park this lunchtime, slightly slower this time at 26 minutes 20 seconds, however I did meet a work colleague on 2 nd. Loop and chatted with them on the way round. No cycling today, but I did manage to get just shy of an hour on the badminton court with Caryne. Back in time to hear Take That at Hampden. can't wait for the next two nights - NOT! Blah, blah, blah, planf! It was the Kasabian. The gig was ACE! Given my lack of exercise. I went to Kasabian. Gig last night and have Alton Towers next week to look forward too! Brian McKee was born in 1977 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri and attended the Interlochen Arts Academy and Bard College. While at Bard College he studied photography with Stephen Shore, Larry Fink and Barbara Ess. For five years he was the assistant to the photographer Lynn Davis.
