Finding Joy In My Journey: Today I Threw Away My Hairbrush
http://jonnababonna.blogspot.com/2014/11/today-i-threw-away-my-hairbrush.html
Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Today I Threw Away My Hairbrush. Yes, that is right. I threw away my hairbrush. But, before you judge let me explain:. This is not a story about hair. I looked into the cart and found a purple hairbrush. I thought, "I think I might need this hairbrush." I don't know how much the clearance item was because my dad graciously bought it for me. And, thus, our story began. It will stay behind. But, never without the wonderful memory of youth. November 20, 2014 at 8:14 AM. View my...

http://jonnababonna.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 6, 2012. It has been a LONG time since I've posted here. I have been super busy getting ready to leave on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I'll be serving in the Houston, Texas area for the next 18 months. Wow! This was never a real goal of mine, but lingered in my thoughts for about 2 years. Finally, I couldn't deny it any longer. It is time for me to go and serve the Lord. As I will be gone, I will not be blogging (since I've been so good recently! Finding...

Finding Joy In My Journey: August 2014
http://jonnababonna.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 21, 2014. THE Mission was MY Mission. One year ago today I returned home from the best 18 months of my life. Flash back three years ago this month. Up until August of 2011 I had convinced myself that I never was going on a mission. I had a brother already out and I had another brother preparing to leave in the near future. With my dad unemployed I felt a heavy burden. Not only was that going to make three missionaries, but I didn't even want. Why am I doing this? The first thing I saw wa...

Finding Joy In My Journey: Goodbye 2010
http://jonnababonna.blogspot.com/2010/12/goodbye-2010.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. Hello 2011. I've never been so happy to see you. I have goals for you. Not necessarily goals about weight loss or big projects, but character goals. In years past, I've rung in the new year with a twinge of sadness because I know that time is moving on and I am getting older. I am growing up! It is a new adventure. So, 2010, I'd like to say thanks for the things I've loved about you. Thanks for the Lost Series Finale. Thanks for the Vancouver Olympics. Thanks for this blog.

Finding Joy In My Journey: The Best Summer of My Life
http://jonnababonna.blogspot.com/2014/08/the-best-summer-of-my-life.html
Saturday, August 9, 2014. The Best Summer of My Life. This is Jonna. Remember me? I had a blog once. It was nothing special. Just a place I liked to share things. Then, I abandoned it for a mission. Which I do not regret :) More on that later. I came home from my mission nearly a year ago. I figured it was time to start up the old blog again. My brother AJ returned home from his mission. Next, a week later our family saved up and went to Disneyland! From LA as my family was traveling back home, I flew to...
