Body weight down to 185 (currently 205). Friday, July 30, 2010. Squat to max reps of 4 at 218lbs. Started the 100 bench press reps at 135#, but got interrupted by two visitors. Didn't mind at all cuz that was getting real annoying. Got to 47 reps in 9:30 so I'll catch a redo shortly. 30 kbs (53#)/abmat situps.
