Brian's Travels In Japan!: February 2011

http://brianstravelsinjapan.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html

Brian's Travels In Japan! Saturday, February 19, 2011. Coming From Mom and Dad. Julie and I enjoyed nine days in Japan with Brian.   . We saw where Brian lives now, and also when he was in Kobe.   . He took us to some of his favorite restaurants, too.   . Japan is an amazing place, but the coolest part of the trip was seeing Brian completely interacting with the Japanese people.    . His language skills are quite impressive, and his ability to navigate the subway and trains was amazing.   .

Brian's Travels In Japan!: August 2010

http://brianstravelsinjapan.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html

Brian's Travels In Japan! Saturday, August 28, 2010. I'm nicely settled in now at the International House dormitory for Seinan Gakuin University in Fukuoka. My room is really nice and pretty spacious. I have my own mini fridge, AC unit, sink, and a little half bathroom. We use communal showers but only three people or so are assigned to each shower stall. Life is definitely a lot different here and it is taking some getting used to. I miss everyone and hope I can here from you all! Friday, August 20, 2010.

Brian's Travels In Japan! Sunday, September 26, 2010. A Good Day to Be a Hawks Fan. Sunday, September 5, 2010. Adapting to a new way of life. Time takes care of a lot of things. Adjusting to a new location, culture, and group of people is a process that doesnt happen overnight. Living with a group of strangers like this is something I havent done since freshman year when I first moved in. Everyone wants a friend but is forced to rely solely on first impressions to pick who they want to spend time wit...

Brian's Travels In Japan! Monday, March 14, 2011. About the Nuclear Power Plants that were Damaged by the Tsunami. Analysis of situation at Daiichi 1 Reactors 1 and 3. On Monday, March 14, 2011 at 4:05pm. I have done some research and wanted to explain to anyone who was concerned the situation at Fukushima Daiichi today. However, here is a better explanation of what happened. Basically, the two reactors are shut down and no longer causing nuclear reactions. However, the core remains very hot and will...
