The Weekend That Shouldn't Have Happened. Wow, well yet again, it's been a while since I've posted a blog. But just so you all know, I have been working on a few blog posts so there will be plenty to come! I started writing this one over a month ago, so I guess I'll begin there. Big B's Mashed Potatoes. Homemade Creamed Corn with fresh cream and parmesan cheese. Candied Yam and Apple Bake. Sausage and Mushroom Stuffing. Green Bean Casserole with french fried onions. Brussel Sprouts with cream and bacon. Cranberry Sauce with fresh cranberries, pecans and peaches. Turkey Gravy made from giblets.

Thursday, June 16, 2011. Ko Phi Phi, Thailand. The day started with a ferry trip from Railay Beach to Ko Phi Phi. A small longboat picked us up on the beach and then took us out to a larger ferry boat where we boarded in the middle of the sea!
