Cameron got a lot of cool new Lego sets for his birthday and Liv thinks she wants to play with them all the time. Usually if she is missing during the day while the boys are in school, I'll discover her in their room sneakily trying to play with their Legos. They get kind of mad and I don't really blame them. And then there were three. . . Wednesday, August 5, 2015. The last night of the cousins is also so bittersweet. After a rowdy dinner we sent the kids outside to play one last time. They discovered a frog, which Princess Keanzie had to kiss. But it stayed a frog. Darn. And then there were three. . . Wednesday, August 5, 2015. These eight were so well behaved for the photo shoot this year. Probably because they are getting used to it and they actually like doing it! Or maybe because it was stifling hot outside and they have learned by now that if they just grin and bear it, it will be over that much quicker. Seriously, though, they were really good and after a few snaps we had plenty of pictures to choose from. Here's one that I liked best from the ones I got.

And then there were three. . . Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Livvy had so much more fun at the beach this year than last. Yay for being healthy! Although her favorite was the pool. Something about little kids and waves just sometimes don't mix. Her hair was super curly all the time from the beach humidity. Grandma would stay with her when we went out to the beach for the morning hours and then we would bring her out with us in the afternoon and evening when it got a little cooler.
