Sunday, April 4, 2010. A paragraph style that applies to all. How does one add a paragraph style that applies to all other paragraph styles? I tried applying my desired master styles to [Basic paragraph] and then based all other paragraph styles on [Basic paragraph], with some styles relating to it indirectly, e.g. Heading 1 is based on [Basic paragraph] but Heading 2 is based on Heading 1 and so on. That did not work as well as I'd expected though. Is there anything else I can do? Mysql data to xml.

Sunday, April 4, 2010. Our ps to pdf performance is decreasing dramatically when the watch folder receives over a thousand (or more) ps files? The linux server resources (memory/cpu) are fine (generally never more than 30% utilization) But the lapsed time between distillations can take over a minute when watch folder's file count is high. Sunday, April 4, 2010. Need to add silence to Text to speech. Has anyone figured out how to add silence to a text to speech audio? When double-click to edit the audio, I get the Edit Audio dialog and can add silence, but when I click OK the edit is not saved. Any suggestions? Need to add silence to Text to speech. Normally the silence will be automatically stripped if you are adding to the beginning or end. Not sure why it does that if you are wanting to add some. Click here for the SorcerStone Blog.
