Ways To Care With Us. The BCC serves a growing population of men and women experiencing homelessness, displacement, or financial hardship in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The people who come to us for help often live outdoors, in their cars, or in some other temporary housing situation. Unfortunately, the need for services is increasing. Ways To Care With Us. We provide one-on-one lay counseling meetings by appointment where clients can share their stories, get resources and ideas, and be referred for treatment, housing, health care, etc. We help clients take steps toward making long-term change and encourage and hold them accountable throughout the process. The men's and women's clothing rooms include shoes/socks, hygiene products, clothing, and sometimes gear like coats, blankets, backpacks and sleeping bags. BCC Hours of Operation.
