Farewell lunch for friends today who are moving down south to be near grandchildren. We went to the Sheriffmuir pub. Century Droving Inn, and these photos was taken from the car park. Forest bathing- Mine Woods. Had a walk through Mine woods this afternoon. To day this is known as. 8211; “forest bathing” after the Japanese “Shinrin-yoku” meaning “ taking in the forest atmosphere”. It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine.
