Dinky's Hum Drum Journal. Wednesday, January 15, 2014. I've heard so many times that we need to love ourselves. In scripture I can't find that, matter of fact, I find that we need to love God with all our heart, we need to love others and love our enemies. I see that we are to deny self, pick up your cross and follow Him. I see we are not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think! To esteem others higher than ourselves. Are you satisfied with God's love for you? Do you believe He loves you?
