Bridle Gate Homeowner's Association. PARTIES AT MILHON PARK. It's a great time to use our park for a party! To reserve the park, simply contact a Board Member. As a reminder the park is for parties hosted by residents. You cannot reserve the park for a party hosted by someone who does not live in Bridle Gate. In 2016 dues were $100. BOATS, TRAILERS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. If a special circumstance exists you may contact the Board and request a temporary exception.

Bridle Gate Homeowner's Association. When is the Association’s Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting is held in the fall of each year. When does the Board meet and who can attend? Can I park my boat, RV or trailer in my driveway? Yes, but only up to 3 days. This covenant is STRONGLY enforced. Boats, RVs and trailers must be stored offsite or in a fenced backyard. Bridle Gate Homeowner's Association. For the safety of all of those trick or treating in Bridle Gate on Halloween we have once again hired a police officer to be in the neighborhood with a cruiser. Annual Association Meeting each November. In the spring Bridle Gate organizes and advertizes a neighborhood yard sale. We advertise in the Tallahassee Democrat and the Wakulla News. In addition we put up signage directing people into the neighborhood and identifying streets that are part of Bridle Gate.
