The news today carries the story of a Made in Chelsea “star” being paid by Barnados to endorse the charity. The Sun ran it as a news story. Essentially, we are all expected to be shocked that Binky Felstead pocketed money to endorse a charity. Secondly, and perhaps more intriguing, is the assumption behind the story: how dare someone famous benefit from a charity? Does it depend on the size of the advert?
