Life After Hawaii: April 2010
http://lifeafterhawaii.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Well, the cat's out of the bag and the little bundle of DNA inside Audi's belly has officially declared itself female. Let the pink fabric, frilly lace, flowery headbands, and other stereotypical female baby paraphernalia fly. Audi's been chomping at the bit to start sewing and buying everything this kid will need until college and now that we know the nature of our baby's naughty bits, Audi can get to work. The Childress Family: January 2009

Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The Steele and Childress Christmases. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). January 28th, 2009. Hey everyone. Sorry that I've been behind lately. You'd think I just had a baby or something! Here in Louisville things are white and covered in ice. Our lines are underground so we fortunatly have power. BC and Anabelle have been out and enjoyed the snow but Sammy and I have stayed inside where it's warm and dry. Hope you all are doing great too! Five dollar Foot-long II. November 17, 2008.

http://chilibeanfamily.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 9, 2009. Anabelle really liked the cookie cake and I got the video to prove it! Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Well, as of June 22nd BC and I are Uncles again! The Childress Family: L to R Farrah Lynn, Dax Winfield, Chelsea Lynn, Joshua Winfield and Adra Mae. Anabelle and her cousin Farrah just playing and playing! I think they have their own secret language. Sammy will find a way to drink that baba for sure! Even if it means using all four limbs! Monday, July 6, 2009. Pretty sweet. I can't ...

The Childress Family: April 2009
http://chilibeanfamily.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 22, 2009. OK, so I haven't posted any birthday news. I'm a horrible wife and mother for that, but at least there were pictures taken of the events and I am now going to to a birthday montage of Anabelle, who turned 2 in January, Danny, who turned? In March, BC, who turned 28 in April, and Farrah, who turned 3 in April. Now, my brother, Grant, turned 39 (I think? I think this is the one picture of her smiling! I did strawberry and chocolate. I think everyone was tired in this picture.

The Childress Family: January 2010

Thursday, January 14, 2010. Waking Up In Vegas. The first week of December BC had to attend the Mid-Year Conference for ASHP. He left on a Friday and I left the following Saturday. Lucky for us Nona, Papi and Adam took Anabelle and Sammy to their house for a mini-non-vacay. It was nice to get away but we did miss them both and I worried about Nona becoming murdercidial. But they did great and had a really fun time. As for us, Vegas was AMAZING! ONE of the lobbies in our hotel, all decorated for Christmas.

Life - DC Style: Journey to Pride Rock
http://sameoldsam.blogspot.com/2008/03/journey-to-pride-rock.html
Life - DC Style. Fast times in DC. Journey to Pride Rock. So Saturday we made south to Crouching Lion, a hike whose grandure. And majesty are perhaps to much for the faint of heart. Here we have the crew. From top to bottom you see Shenley. Cami, Erika, and Joseph (notoriously named after Joseph Stalin, much to his embarrassment). We all knew the dangers ahead of us, but the possibility of ankle scratches and bugbites were no match for the combined will of this hearty crew of adventurers. All in all I'd ...

The Hansen Family Blog: Ava Update and Funny
http://hansen-family-blog.blogspot.com/2010/04/ava-update-and-funny.html
The Hansen Family Blog. Sunday, April 11, 2010. Ava Update and Funny. That Mavala stuff is a MIRACLE! Ava did in fact cry herself to sleep that night (in my bed) and woke up the next morning with a very bad taste in her mouth but NEVER sucked her thumb again! Now for the funny. An hour ago Ava was sitting on the counter while I was making dinner. We had a discussion that went something pretty close to this. Ava - "Mom, Kate told me that I can only be one thing when I grow up". Me - "Oh really? Thats awes...

The Hansen Family Blog: Digging in the Dirt
http://hansen-family-blog.blogspot.com/2010/04/digging-in-dirt.html
The Hansen Family Blog. Monday, April 12, 2010. Digging in the Dirt. Jason and I learned many things from building our first home and would actually enjoy doing it again, now that we have that experience under our belt. One thing that we learned is to be present when the landscapers are putting in the sod and planting! We've had good intentions of tackling the left over landscaping project for the past 2 years but haven't ever managed to get to it. It's like we've been busy or something! Good job. :).

The Hansen Family Blog: December 2009
http://hansen-family-blog.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
The Hansen Family Blog. Friday, December 11, 2009. This year has definitely been the fastest one yet. I can hardly believe that 365 days ago I was snuggling my newborn baby boy at Northside Hospital. Sigh. In an effort to make up for my sadness, we planned a really fun night with our little family. It was so much fun that they kids just barely went to bed at 10:30! Emmett was all giggles while we were singing Happy Birthday to him. This one has no problem being the center of attention. A little fun holid...

The Hansen Family Blog: 2011-2012 New School Year!
http://hansen-family-blog.blogspot.com/2011/08/2011-2012-new-school-year.html
The Hansen Family Blog. Tuesday, August 09, 2011. 2011-2012 New School Year! Well, another summer has flown by and our family has officially entered the world of middle school! Here are a few pics of the kids flashing their digits (representing their grades and Jackson with an "m" for middle school) and their smiles. :) Time really does go by too quickly! Ava's teacher is Mrs. Spencer and we are so excited about it! They are adorable and yes, where did the time go. It seems that middle school is harder f...
