Fitness, loosing weight, and being healthy. Kicking April’s ass! March 31, 2016. So March was an okay month but I really want to tone my body and get to running again! Went out and Got a jogger stroller so my son couldn’t be my excuse (that thing is hard to push while running ). Doing the military inspired home workout program along with some extra strength training which I love because I miss being in the army some days and after the workout I don’t miss it as much lol! Stay at home mom. Stay at home mom.

A day (week or month) in the life of me. Such Busy Lives, We Lead. March 3, 2016. I can’t believe it’s been 28 days since my last post! I’ve been so busy! I allowed 5 years to go by, without seeing my girls! I have made it a point to go out with my work family, too. I feel like it makes a closer team, if we spend time together outside of work, plus, I just plain like the people I work with. Again, making time. being available. Being human again. We can lead busy lives and still be present.
