Scott, Carlye, & Evelyn: February 2012
http://carlyejo-scottjay.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Scott, Carlye, and Evelyn. Feb 26, 2012. 8226;4.5 inches. My first trimester was definitely rough. I was expecting a fun and easy pregnancy because my mom loved being prego and everyone says you'll be like your mom. Well that may be true for some, but not for me! It's only noticeable when I eat a lot or wear a tight shirt, but I can feel it and see it. Peaches is starting to make herself known! Now Scott and I always refer to her as Peaches :). So, here are my first pics! Posted by Carlye Scott. Loves: E...

Jason & Makensie: April 2012
http://jambaker.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 28. The only thing Jason asked for on his birthday was to go to a Jazz game. He bought tix for the Tuesday, Suns vs. Jazz game. Before the game, we went to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner. YUM! It was fun to be at the game! There was so much energy in the stadium. We loved it. Facebook is a good way to connect with people, I found out my cousins were there, due to FB. Gotta love it! They are going to the Playoffs. WAHOO! WE are Utah Jazz! 100-88, Jazz win! Fun date night with my hubby!

Jason & Makensie: October 2012
http://jambaker.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 11. J's 1st Off-Road Triathlon! Jason committed himself to doing his FIRST off-road triathlon this summer. His dad has done the Xterra multiple years, but J decided he was up for it. It was fun to support him and teach him (a little, if he wanted) about what I found was best for transitions and what not. It's fun to be doing triathlons together now. He officially has the TRI bug! My man is a stud. Here are a few shots. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Justin and Sara Smutz.

THe four graduates, Spencer, Ang, J, and I, were spoiled. We got to do so much while in Kauai. We definitely lived it up! The week was packed full of things to do, i.e. hike Waimea Canyon, kayak Wailua River, go to a luau, catamaran trip up the Napali Coastline, surf/boogie board, relax on beaches, and eat lots of delicious food!

Scott, Carlye, & Evelyn: Long time, no write...
http://carlyejo-scottjay.blogspot.com/2014/01/long-time-no-write.html
Scott, Carlye, and Evelyn. Jan 15, 2014. Long time, no write. So it's been a long time since I've updated and now that Evie has passed year 1, it feels like she is becoming more and more of a little person every day. I want to record some of her cute emerging personality so we can look back and remember this time. First of all, I have loved almost all of Evie's stages so far. Each had it's rough spots and it's joys, but from about 11 to 13 months was mostly just tough! She is a crazy climber! She has con...

Jason & Makensie: May 2012
http://jambaker.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 22. I think life has a way of working out it's own kinks. Timing in my life is impeccable. Here is why. Today has been a struggle for me. I am working full time at my internship. I have really connected with my supervisors, they feel more like parents to me than actual supervisors. I love Guerry and Elsebeth! They have made my internship experience wonderful! I spent the evening in the Jordan River temple tonight. J was out selling and I took some time to be in the Lord's house. It w...My li...

Jason & Makensie: September 2012
http://jambaker.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 9. Ever since I met Jason, I have wanted to hike Ben Lomond. It has been Jason's backyard all growing up and I wanted to experience it for myself. We have talked about it for the past 2.5 years. But, I finally decided we are just going to do it! Saturday, we conquered it! I also am experiencing my monthly cycle right now and when that time hits I have ZERO energy. Hiking no energy= slow hiking and wanting to cry. Ha! I am grateful for family. Sometimes I feel lost in this crazy worl...
