Artists who are members of the gallery have formed a group 'Alpine Artists'. They display and sell their works in the gallery throughout the year, as individual artists, or as a group of artists supporting other exhibitions. 2015 Autumn Art Exhibition: 1st April - 10th May. 12500 prize money in total. Bright Art Gallery 'Grand Acquisition Prize:. Was awarded to MaxwellWilkes for his pastel painting. Charles Sluga judged this best in the show. April 2014 - Billy Doolan in Bright. Was the feature artist for 'Time and Place' Exhibition held at Bright Art Gallery in 2011. Because Bright Art Gallery is a 'not-for-profit' community run gallery, we are proud to have a solid membership base of local people, and many others who visit Bright and surrounds. Membership is $15 per annum for an adult. Lifetime membership is available for $150. Membership renewals are due towards the end of each calendar year.
