I used 2 table spoon of balsamic vinegar with 5 table spoon of olive oil. Meanwhile I was thinking about my beloved spinach salad from a restaurant here in Houston, but the problem was I did not know the what dressing they use so I started to guessing and came up with this salad:. It has such a basic yet delicious ingredients: baby spinach, sautéed mushrooms and olives.

Recently I thought about having a smoothie on the go which provides good source of protein, fiber, vitamins in the morning, so my recent favorite smoothie is the pinky spinach. It is tasty and I think no matter what age you or your child might have, you will get the LOVE and nutrients from it. The ingredients I use:. One whole small banana. 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries. 3/4 cup of spinach.
