I have found that if i wait until the last step, I tend to eat too fast and the food does not go down very well. If I eat at the graze stage then I eat too much because I eat small amounts at a time. Part of the problem with spanking is that it works short term. The child immediately stops the behavior however what happens is either the child becomes sneakier, lies more or becomes overly dependent on authority. Leave a Comment so far.
