It breaks my heart when I look at him, how big he has gotten, how developed his speech/language is, his ideas etc. It hurts! Sep 9, 2012. Look at me, updating again and it has only gone a day or two. Proud of myself and thankful that I haev a little time over these days for the fun stuff. So, what did we do in August.well, the latter part of August it was mostly the boys and I hanging as Mattias returned back to work after having a nice long 6 week vacation. Boy, sure can't complain about that. August was a good month. The summer was good in general. It all sums up to - we are truly blessed/Life is good! Beautiful, isn't it?

Dec 31, 2011. However, I did, of course, wish I was with my family and celebrating like everyone else. Going to family. The boys playing with my/their cousins and such. Nothing beats that really. Sep 16, 2012. Wow, this is quite amazing, three blog entries in less than a week. I am darn proud of myself. Excuse the dating, I changed the publishing date to when it should have actually been published and not when it was actually published (ie today's date). Just thought it would be easier to find and for the kids to look back on. Have to have some order around here. Indoor and outdoor play! Aren't they just adorable! Aleksander being silly. He thought he was so cute with those clamps in his hair.

Jul 18, 2012. Aleksander was annoyed with Enzo here, he didn't want Enzo sitting behind him but I wanted to take a picture. At the petting part of the zoo. Aleksander likes cows and was thrilled to pet and brush it. Enzo is not usually so keen on petting animals but this time around he went into the goat pen and pet the goats. Way to go Enzo! Jul 31, 2011. But it's off to a good start. We're happy with the results thus far. Wettergren Kids Summer Party. This time around Ing-Marie switched the menu around and we started with dessert first. Which I thought meant no dessert after dinner but I was wrong.there was an ice cream "bar" after dinner. I was stuffed. As usual! Both my kids were exhausted. We left first thing in the morning heading to Karlskrona. Aleksander woke up at 5am (shoot me! But nonetheless he had a lot of fun. And in he goes.

Apr 25, 2011. The Museum Of Flight. We went to the museum of flight with Michelle and Danielle. Mattias was there too of course but Aleksander spent the afternoon at home with grandma. This was painful for me. I know I sound silly, but I missed my baby for those 5-6 hrs we were away. But it was all the better for Enzo as he got one on one attention. May 31, 2011. Aleksander Is 11 Months! Mr Personality is nearing the one year marker, June 28th! Earlier in this month (May) he started signing "more" and "eat" but now he has just reverted back to screaming or moaning. The little nut! He likes testing boundaries, like his mother. If I say "don't touch", he touches it again just to see if I mean it. I know the two of us will bump heads because our personalities are very much alike. He's social and doesn't have a problem being in the midst of a stranger.

Jun 28, 2011. HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY ALEKSANDER! Rise and Shine.We came in saying Happy Birthday! I think he was wondering what is going on. Breakfast time. He had a yogurt and then pancakes topped with his favorite fruit, raspberries. Time to open gifts. We stuck to the little rhyme from Katey; "Something he wants, Something he needs, Something to wear, Something to read." It really makes it a lot easier to buy gifts based on those four things. Hmmmwhat am I supposed to do with this? Make a wish, baby!
