This exchange went on about three more times until I heard them go out on the terrace together. It was pretty much the sweetest thing. Nodded my head) You walked passed me and I didn't even hear you". At this point I realized she said "I'm living with a little mouse" (souris) , rather than party (soiree). Ha. Monday, September 8, 2008. Today marks the first sunny day I've had in Paris and the end of my first week here. New metro sights: a woman clipping her nails on the metro (crowded with other people), a baby falling asleep with a bottle in his mouth (adorable), and a bunch of little boys waving at me from a metro car (they pointed at me first which I was confused by and then started waving, they went wild when I waved back, also adorable).
