People Of the World Eliminating Racism. Leadership Retreat Reflection Journal Entry:. During the Leadership Retreat, I learned that I CAN. Whatever my endeavor, people will always support me, and if I try hard enough, I WILL succeed. Action Step 1: brainstorm ideas for the commercial itself. Action Step 2: begin writing the commercial. I am so glad we had to opportunity to go on the Leadership retreat. I have almost never felt so consistently happy over a two-day period. It was seriously awesome.

Racism, a form of intolerance, is basically discrimination based upon race (Shah, 2004). Racism is often based not only upon skin color but upon culture as well (Hardy, 2007). Hatred (Shah, 2004).
