In Your SELF Interest. Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Second, it is such a fun program and even though I feel like death while I'm doing it, I always feel so good when I'm done. And while I only ended up using My Fitness Pal consistently for the first month, it really opened my eyes to what and how much I was eating which helped me make some lifestyle changes (that may or may not have been thrown out the window last week with all these Christmas parties going on.). In Your SELF Interest. Monday, May 30, 2016. End of Joy School. The last Joy School that we hosted was about families. Here the kids are with their swaddled up babies, after we rocked them to sleep. We let them take a nap during free play time. After free play time they grabbed their "babies" and laid down with them and after a few minutes of resting we observed how much we grew while sleeping. While Shae was gone at Joy School we got to hang out with some of Belén's. Melody took these sweet pictures.
