He may just be able to get a ruling and her certificate of abandonment at that time. We are to hold off on booking airfare until I hear back from him. WOW! She made this happen for us. I will be forever grateful to her! Please say an extra prayer for Audra. Her daughters final abandonment hearing is on the same day as our Embassy appointment. Audra has been waiting over 6 years. For her beautiful girl! Also say a prayer for Rhonda. 160;She's having surgery on the same day as well.
