FINDING EMILY: March 2009
http://finding--emily.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 16, 2009. Meeting our Daughter just one year ago. How hard it was to say goodbye to that week and temporarily goodbye to a little girl that I had only just met but already loved so much. And now here we are.a year later. So much crammed into this one year. So much our daughter has lived and experienced compared to her first year of living everyday in just 2 rooms. How fast a year goes by! Just one year ago. So hungry for a cheerio. So unsure of this man called daddy. So darn little and cute.

Thursday, April 15, 2010. Sharing our Journey.Speaking our Truth. Important Update: Adoptions are still continuing between Russia and the United States. This post was written when it looked as if Russia was suspending/possibly closing all adoptions to US families. Here is a shortened rememberance of that second trip that brought Emily home. Everyone was on cloud 9 because we just didn't know if the adoptions would go through and if we would get to bring our children home that trip. Everything was in ...

Thursday, October 8, 2009. Emily at Mtn School. Fishing in the creek. Emily and a banana slug. Isn't she just so happy to be carrying that bug? Look carefully and you will see Emily is proudly holding a ladybug. Here she is on a hike picking up a dandelion in the tall grasses. We have a good friend in class with us. Here's Emily and her bud sitting on a log participating in a song. Too cute! Notice the rainboots for creek hiking. Here she is climbing a redwood. Such a monkey! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Emily's 1st Trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Every year since BW was born we have been visiting a pumpkin patch and taking pictures of our kiddos in their costumes. A little bit of a tradition you might say. Here's our boo kids this year. A few more of Emily. Here are the boys riding in some cute cows pulled by a large tractor. This is why I love my grandma. FINDING EMILY: February 2009
http://finding--emily.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 21, 2009. The Vacation is Over! We are home, the bags are unpacked and laundry has been washed and put away. It's always nice to be home especially after being on the road with 3 little ones for 7 hours and hearing every half hour a combo of how many more miles to go and are we home yet. Ugh! It was a long, long drive but it was worth it. Although next time I think I would take the hastle of flying just to save myself a half of day of travel. That or leave at night. We were all smiles!
