Midnight in Edmonton: January 2015
http://midnightinedmonton.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, 15 January 2015. I've been absent from this blog for quite some time, but for good reason: I had a baby boy in August (yay! Who then spent the first three and a half months of his life in the Stollery Children's Hospital (boo! But who finally came home in December (yay! I have a much more detailed account of Silas's tumultuous journey through the Stollery on his CarePages website. I know I'm biased, but what a cute kid! And Odin's pretty awesome too! The Times They Are A-Changin: What is Awesome
http://woodruffville.blogspot.com/2011/10/what-is-awesome.html
The Times They Are A-Changin. Newsworthy and Not. just another perspective on Life. Friday, 14 October 2011. This is what is awesome. Being outside is awesome. I've said so many times that one of the best parts of our move was to be closer to Fish Creek Park, and now we finally started to use it! I've gone a few times with the kids or just with Ollie in the stroller, but Nate came with us once at the end of September and the cafe was still open so we could enjoy a family treat - so fun! That is so funny ...

Midnight in Edmonton: March 2015
http://midnightinedmonton.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, 30 March 2015. I thawed my last frozen bottle of milk from the freezer today. It feels like the end of an era! When Silas came home from the hospital in December I filled a small freezer with bottles of milk that I had pumped while Silas was NPO in the NICU and PICU. I'm not sure exactly how many bottles were in the freezer, but I'm guessing at least 500-600 bottles! I'm so glad that all the pumping paid off and that all the milk was able to be used to feed my little boy. Sunday, 29 March 2015.

Midnight in Edmonton: 8 months!
http://midnightinedmonton.blogspot.com/2015/04/8-months.html
Thursday, 23 April 2015. 8 months old and such a handsome fella (if I do say so myself! At 16 pounds and 27.5 inches, he's continuing to grow really well. The biggest change this past month? Silas is not a big fan of the wind or the bright sun, but he likes watching everything going on in the neighbourhood, especially anything to do with water - sprinklers and hoses are a favourite. 1 May 2015 at 21:48. Aww he is so sweet! He is growing so fast too! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Joy in the journey.

something to smile about: Prego Progress: 36 Weeks
http://ashleymcgale.blogspot.com/2014/05/prego-progress-36-weeks.html
Something to smile about. Prego Progress: 36 Weeks. Well I'm pretty sure this baby is bigger than a honeydew melon.it feels gigantic! As of next week she is allowed to make her appearance. I'm not holding my breath she'll be early but you never know {I am hoping really bad though}. So here's whats happening at 36 weeks. I have a bad case of T-Rex arms, reaching things has now become quite the task for me with a giant belly and short arms. Can't go anywhere without snacks for the prego lady {eat eat eat}.
