Saturday, August 31, 2013. Happy 50th anniversary to my parents! Such an awesome milestone to reach. Such a great example they have set for me, my brother, and our kids. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. I've decided to try to get back on facebook a little. Not sure if I will do much on it. I'm determined not to spend too much time on it! Sunday, April 7, 2013. We have been saving up for a while, and dreaming, about buying a new (to us) truck. It finally happened last weekend! Saturday, April 6, 2013. We had a few days of nice weather. The boys even got out the sprinkler and set it going under the trampoline. Quite fun. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Part of life with boys. This is their new favorite game. The boys take turns being a "buns target" at the top of the stairs while the rest of us get to stand at the bottom of the stairs and try to hit the target with one of our many toy balls around the house. Sunday, January 6, 2013. Ezra had his 5th birthday on the 2nd. We had a party at home with a few friends of his and their families. We were going to have organized games but we ran out of time for them! It was just a fun time of playing, pizza and presents. One of my favorite presents he received.since his favorite tv show is Tom and Jerry. He picked out an alien cake out of some options I gave him. It even lit up in the dark when we turned out the lights courtesy of the glo stick decorations.
