Because sometimes i forget to tell people things…. May 16, 2015. Last night I worked out for the first time in 2 weeks! As I usually work out 4 days a week I’ve been quite concerned about my inability to do my normal routine. So last night I gave it a go and did almost my full workout. I felt pretty solid during and after and not at all like I might die! Also, it’s now been over 24 hours since I’ve had either Tylenol or ibuprofen! Things are coming up roses for me right now! Suck it, mono!
