In Michigan, the fall season is ruled by apple orchards and cider mills. There are TONS of them in Metro Detroit. We have went a couple of times this year - our annual trip to the Yates Cider Mill (no relation - haha) and we also went to the Franklin Cider Mill this year. Here are some Fall pics! Well, we just returned home from a whirlwind trip that had us all traveling across six states and gone from our house for three weeks. Lots of beach time, a trip to Balboa Park and a trip to Sea World. The kids had a great time visiting Uncle Rudy and Aunt Nicole! This was Memaw and Nora's hilarious attempt at making. One of those pre-packaged gingerbread house. It was a complete disaster, but they had fun. Now that's a bubble bath! Chinese food on Christmas. The first big snow! At the Shamu show.

Our baby girl started four-year-old preschool today! She will be going EVERY DAY from 12:45 to 3:45. It's going to be an adjustment but we felt it would help with next year's transition to all day- every day kindergarten. Hats off to our little Nora on a great first day! Ice cream treat after the first day! Under the school sign.
