The Brisbane International Student Village is located in the suburb of West End, two kilometres from the centre of Brisbane and Queensland University of Technology, and one kilometre from the University of Queensland. The village is a one minute walk away from convenience stores, international restaurants, cafes. Students can walk, catch buses or ferries to get to wherever then need in Brisbane. The bus and ferry services are particularly reliable and relatively inexpensive within Brisbane. Student discounts are also available. The village is a:. 1 minute walk to a convenience store, international restaurants, cafes and bus stop to the city and QUT. 4 minute walk to city cat ferry to UQ. 4 minute ferry ride to UQ. 9 minute bus ride to QUT. 22 minute walk to Southbank Parklands on the river.
