British Rowing Masters Championships. This note summarizes the progression system to be used by the Masters Championships. 2 to 6 Entries. 1 final. Lanes drawn at random. Lanes will be filled in the following order: - 3, 4, 2, 5, 1 and 6. 1 heat and 1 final. One crew is drawn a bye for the final. 8 to 12 Entries. 2 heats and 1 final. First three from each heat to go into the final. The winners from the two heats will go in lanes 3 and 4 drawn randomly. The two second places in lanes 2 and 5 randomly.
