Our new home in Spain. Sunday, December 29, 2013. Christmas in our new home. We had a lazy day Christmas day as it rained most of the day, so the visit to the beach had to wait till Boxing Day. Miss Molly loved her new toy. So much sand to brush out of Molly when we got home . She so loves the water, this is me telling her not to go in! Jim worked hard cutting the Pine trees back, lots of wood for the wood burner. Molly runs so close to the edge, she scares me to death that she might. Links to this post.

Chris and I were very proud and pleased to attend my daughter Lindsays wedding ceremony to Colin Lapsley in Ancaster this past weekend. We had a wonderful time. Whittier is an unusual place as other than arriving by boat from Prince William Sound the only way to get there is to either drive or take the train through the Anton Anderson Tunnel. Although I suppose if you really wanted to you could hike across the mountains. A traffic light system advises when it’s your turn to start through. It’s a strange feeling as you start to enter the narrow one way tunnel. Driving towards the tunnel.
