Not so Healthy Recipes. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. We are 2 days in and I'm really wanting to bail already but we really want to give this plan a chance. In addition to the plan, we are cutting out all dairy and gluten just to see how we feel when they aren't in our diets. I plan on sharing our hits and misses here on this blog. This is the recipe the way that I made it. I followed one from a cookbook but didn't have all the suggested ingredients so I just made due with what we had. 1/4 cup chia seeds.

Our girls have really missed pizza so when I pulled this frittata out of the oven they both got really excited and yelled "pizza! Thus the name breakfast pizza. Grown up Macaroni and Cheese. 16 ozs of macaroni noodles (we get the fat ones). 12 ozs of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 24 oz container of small curd cottage cheese. 16 oz container of sour cream. 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese. 1 sleeve of ritz crackers (any cracker you prefer works). 1/4 cup of butter.
