Tuesday, September 29, 2009. This past weekend, the entire Lott family came to visit us! Wow, did we have a fun filled weekend or what? They arrived Friday afternoon, Sept 25, and as soon as we met up with them we headed toward Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Boy, it was sure cold! But SO worth it. Allison and i decided to pack up the kids and head to st. george to get away for a little bit. 2 of us vs 3 kids. yikes, it was a little bit crazy, but it was fun. it was super hot. like, really hot. so we spent most of the time inside in the air conditioning, shopping, or in the water. We went to georgia at the beginning of october. jd served his mission there and i'd never been. sophie did extremely well with all the traveling. we had originally bought tickets to fly into birmingham, alabama and then drive (3 hours) to atlanta because it was cheaper. what were we thinking?
