Except no one else seemed to have a bag, and I didn’t know quite what to do with mine. So, I walked up to a race-day volunteer and asked where I could leave my bag. Still have some growing to do…. Do you remember when you were little sitting down to do arts and crafts? You’d get so involved in whatever masterpiece you were creating that you didn’t even notice the giant mess that went along with it until it was time for dinner and your mom told you to clean it all up. Then, you looked around and thought, “How in the world did I get paint there? I’d like to think that as I’ve grown I’ve learned to make beautiful art with a lot less afterward clean up.
