Easy to prepare, with minimal ingredients my Rainbow Veggie Wraps can be made with a variety of different vegetables, spreads or toppings! Just pick your favorites and get to dicing, slicing, and rolling. 1 Bundle red Swiss chard, stems removed. 3-4 10 in carrots, skinned and julienned. 1 red pepper, cored and julienned. 1 yellow squash, julienned. 1 zucchini, julienned.
