Stories From The Stokes'. Saturday, November 26, 2011. This year we had Thanksgiving at our house with just the three of us and Cory's friend, Alex. This was the first time that I did not have Thanksgiving with the family! I had to cook the dinner! Mom gave me all the ingredients and directions on how to cook everything so I felt pretty confident! I must say I think I did pretty good! We had fried turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, Texas rolls, chocolate and pumpkin pie. it was delicious!

We won one game and either lost or tied the others! It was so much fun being able to play again though! I was the team's leading scorer! I met some great ladies and Brody made some new friends. I grew up with a boxer and after we lost Zoey I knew I wanted another one. We met Cooper at 3 weeks old, and he was just the cutest little thing Ive ever seen. These little muffins are the perfect solution for a quick, easy and healthy breakfast to take with you when you are on the go, or really, for any time of the day. Any of the ingredients can be modified to your liking. Ingredients (makes about 16 muffins). 1/4 cup shredded low fat cheese (I used an Italian blend). 1 1/2 cup of egg whites. 4 pieces of low fat turkey bacon (cook in pan or microwave before adding to mixture). Dash of salt and pepper.
