Every step you take, you go somewhere.". Saturday, September 1, 2012. This is a picture that my mom sent me of my horse this evening. There are times I really wish he was with me, but when I see him in a big, green pasture like this - how can I take him away from that? He is a happy, old man and he will finish out his days in that pasture. He was a huge responsibility to take care of and challenge to work with and to get those blue ribbons - but I LOVED IT ALL! Now to justify it a bit, I have to be able at a moment's notice be able to drop whatever I'm doing and help out wherever I can - sort mail, run some paperwork to another building, file some documents, make copies, answer phones, etc. So I have been helpful as well :). The Artistically Challenged Crafter. Thursday, March 1, 2012. I got a Belgian waffle maker on a black Friday sale when my sister-in-law. And I decided to be brave and battle the crowds. I hadn't used it until I saw this idea. On Pinterest to make chocolate cake in a waffle maker and sandwich vanilla ice cream between the "waffles." My husband and I decided to give it a try this evening with the Belgian waffle maker. Wow! We put the extras in ziplock baggies in the freezer so that we can enjoy them later.
