Saturday, July 24, 2010. Our baby’s skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — his lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. Our baby weighs 5 ounces now (about as much as a turnip), and he's around 5 inches long from head to bottom. He can move his joints, and his sweat glands are starting to develop. Thursday, March 4, 2010. I got the job! I got the job- I am still in shock I think! She interviewed me yesterday morning, and then called me last night, and made an offer! And I started this morning! It is all just kind of a blur at this point, and my day was completely overwhelming, but honestly, what new job isn't? Then the day got even crazier. Wait, pause, did I even tell you what the job is? This is the best part BY FAR- I get to be the customer service manager for Caffe Ibis Coffee Roasting Plant!

Monday, March 28, 2011. On March 20 I had my first shower at my friend Dana's house. I got spoiled completely! It was Dr. Suess theme that Dana and her sister planned and it turned out so dang cute! It was with the salon girls and a few of my close friends. I was also lucky to have my sister in town and Rylee to come to the shower with my mom. This little guy is already spoiled and I still have ten weeks! The blanket my sister made me :). I don't love putting this on here, but here ya go :).
