THE BR.A. BLOG. About Brockton Residents' Association. We are an ad hoc organization formed by community-minded ratepayers of Brockton. Our goal is to bring people together to learn about local issues and act as a voice for our community. We formed in January 2013 after becoming increasingly concerned about decisions made by our elected representatives. We felt that important decisions were being made without proper public consultation, without open debate and without credible supporting data.
