Where Did May Go? It seems too often that the month passes me by way too quick! A lot happened in May with our little family. April ended with my dance recital over in Leamington. It was a success! I have 21 students and they have all improved so much and I have enjoyed teaching them! It was short, sweet, and to the point! Around that same time Savanah's cat had kittens! NowI am by far NOT a cat person, but man those kittens are soooo cute! The first part of May was crazy! The book was awesome! I followe...

Marcie May: February 2012
http://marciemay.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 26, 2012. Have you ever looked at a painting and thought, “Seriously? I could do that.” I know I have. In fact, a little over a year ago I found myself staring at a beautiful abstract painting (and by “abstract” I mean a hot-mess of color, splattered across a canvas) thinking this very thing. Long story short, I bought supplies, spread out a plastic tarp in my parent’s basement, and gave myself a pep talk that went a little something like this:. My first “work of art.”. This was followed...

Thursday, November 26, 2009. Giving Pumpkin Pie a Try. Far far away from home, and very far away from familiar ingredients, a beautiful young princess had a brilliant idea. She was going to cook a traditional pumpkin pie from scratch, using a recipe she'd gotten off the internet (and never tried) and the wrong kind of pumpkin, since there were no "pie pumpkins" to be had. In the beginning, still fresh faced and full of optimism. The magical pumpkin mixture (steamed, squashed, mashed, and finally pureed).

Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Anything super rich that you know you really shouldn't eat more than a bite of, but end up eating the whole thing. My favorite thing to cook or eat (that is not a sweet) is and always has been soup. Throw in salads and sandwiches and the complimentary chocolate covered strawberry.and wham! Marcie's dream dinner destination. Unfortunately there are none (nor nothing of the like) in the land down under. 7 Funny animal videos/pictures. Need I say more? It wasn't too long ago that I...

BAYLES FAMILY: Halle's Brithday!
http://baylesfam.blogspot.com/2009/03/halles-brithday.html
Est October 26, 2001. Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Halle is 4 years old! Here are a few pictures from her birthday. She was pretty spoiled :) I have to explain about the tool box. Lately she wants to fix everything. She takes Wes' screwdrivers and finds anything with a screw and "fixes" it. She did this at her Grandma and Grandpa's a little bit ago and they got the idea to get her her own tool box for her birthday. It's so funny! She uses it all the time, especially with Daddy in the garage. South Jordan, UT...

BAYLES FAMILY: September 2008
http://baylesfam.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Est October 26, 2001. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Professional Pictures of Halle. On Saturday an old friend of mine Jessie O'Neal (used to be Tuttle) took pictures of Halle in Orem. It has been years since we've seen each other and it was fun to catch up. I was so worried she didn't get any good pictures because Halle was kind of being a stinker. Jessie gave me a cd with all the pictures yesterday and I just fell in love with every picture! Jessie you seriously did such an awesome job! Thank you so much!
