Just One "S": Collaging
http://jesicawithones.blogspot.com/2012/10/collaging.html
Friday, October 26, 2012. I have always had a knack for creativity, for as long as I can remember, anyways. Amateur. Haha. Really though, I felt it was something that I would enjoy from even the first time that I made a collage. Even though my collages weren't amazing works of art, I felt that they had the potential to be someday. One of the first collages I ever made - 1998. One of my most difficult collages - this took me over a year and a half to find everything for it. I really love to collage - coll...

o"reg"inal creations: The Story Behind the Eyes
http://oreginalcreations.blogspot.com/2012/02/story-behind-eyes.html
Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The Story Behind the Eyes. When I was a child (I'm gonna make a crazy guess and say I was around 7 or 8 years old) I started drawing. The main thing I remember drawing, or should I say TRACING, was coloring pages from my Garfield coloring book. I traced the one specific page so often that I can still draw it from memory today. Is this the way I believe all artists should get their start? NO But it sure worked for me! Its for a wonderful cause for a wonderful friend of mine!

From Blue to Greenish: The pits
http://frombluetogreenish.blogspot.com/2013/04/the-pits.html
How the blue faded to greenish. Saturday, April 13, 2013. So Ive decided to write about my favorite recipe so far. Deodorant. I know, I guess it is getting pretty personal but if you think about it, it is just your underarms so get over it. Plus, maybe after you make your own deodorant, you won't have anything to be ashamed of anymore. So, I was skeptical in making my own deodorant but I gave it a shot. 6 T of coconut oil ( this is a base for a lot of my homemade products). 1/4 cup of corn starch. And pl...

From Blue to Greenish: But being green IS easy
http://frombluetogreenish.blogspot.com/2013/04/but-being-green-is-easy.html
How the blue faded to greenish. Monday, April 8, 2013. But being green IS easy. This whole thing started the day my dog decided to eat the leftover ham and ham bones in the garbage. Needless to say, she got sick.really sick. She puked, she pooped, she peed everywhere. Especially on our nice, brand spanking new carpet in our brand spanking new remodeled basement. I came across a remedy of vinegar and baking soda and I think some dish soap. Really? No more stains, no more stench. So here I am now with this...

From Blue to Greenish: May 2013
http://frombluetogreenish.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
How the blue faded to greenish. Tuesday, May 14, 2013. No more shampoo. No, really. I'm not kidding and I know it sounds like I'm a crazy hippy freak. But honest to goodness, my hair has never looked better. So, this movement is called "no poo", I really do hate the term. Its kinda disturbing to me and I change dirty diapers like clockwork. Anyway, google it, its happening. No poo. Instead of using shampoo, you mix 1tbs of baking soda and 1 cup of water. Put this mix in a spray bottle. Rinse is all out.
