The children and I went apple picking on Saturday, and this week we've been busy making dumplings, apple butter, and jelly! The little Tibbetts are growing like weeds. Friday, September 19, 2008. Today some friends of ours let us know about a great place to go apple picking! So, they led the way, and we followed! We had a great time! The children really enjoyed it, and we're already making plans to go on one more apple picking trip next month! All that apple picking made them hungry! When do I get to sample some of the cooking? We are working on developing more flowerbeds around our house and also giving container gardening a try. Tyler has wanted to grow his own carrots for a while now, so he planted some carrot seeds. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. T turned 9 in August. He has enjoyed playing his first season of football, and misses playing very much. T wants to be a lot of things when he grows up. One thing he wants to do is to start his own police organization, but it's top secret and I can't share any information on our family blog.
