Our first building was constructed in 1999 and was recently upgraded to include a new bi-fold 30 foot wide door for easier access for the forklifts to position the product for final finishing. Our second building was constructed during the winter of 2007/2008. The 60'X200' building has provided us with a well lit facility to perform heavy steel sandblasting and finish painting the product out of the winter weather. CLICK Images To Enlarge. At Ace Coatings, Inc. We use a Schmidt six ton dual port bulk pot on a yard trailer that feeds two 1 diameter sandblasting hoses.
