It's just beer. 14 september, 2014. Sämst på att blogga var det ja. Imperial Stout, som bryggdes 15:e Februari glömdes av i en garderob, fast på 1.050ish. Kollade den igår, då var den nere på 1.025, vilket är 10.1%. Score! Old Ale, 7:e Mars, slutade på 6.9%. För mycket röksmak (17%), den är okej, men borde skippat rökmalt helt. Saison, bryggdes 30:e Juli. Dunkade i 100 gram Pacific Jade i slutet av koket. 4.8%. En av de bästa öl jag gjort. Klar och ren i både smak och utseende. 10 mars, 2014. Bryggningen...
