How often do you hold club meetings? We hold meetings every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month starting at 19.15 till 21.15. Can I just show up at a meeting uninvited? Guests are always welcome. (Most of our members were guests first and then decided to join after their second or third visit). Can I bring someone with me to the meeting? Please bring a friend, co-worker, or relative. We are a Toastmasters. Club and follow the Toastmasters method where members learn by speaking to groups and working with others in a supportive environment. The meeting commences with opening comments from the Club President, who welcomes any guests, and then introduces the host for the evening, also known as the Toastmaster. Once the format of the evening has been explained, the Toastmaster will invite up the Timer. And Ah Counter to explain their roles. Next, we have the meat of the evening - the prepared speeches.
