Today’s run was the longest run either of us had done in a long time, but we were determined to run the whole time, and we did! We finished our 10 mile run in 2:01:50, which is a 12:11 pace. We are amazed at how fast we are getting every time we run. Today’s run was 8 miles. It was a pretty nice afternoon for a run, with some fall like temperatures…finally!
