Tuesday, June 5, 2012. We were a little behind on the Pumpkin' Patchin' this year. We were worried that all of the pumpkins were going to be gone. BUT we were in luck. They still had plenty of pumpkins in the patch and each kiddo was able to pick out there own. It was a little chilly the day we went, so there aren't many pictures of our Lan Man. He was nice and cozy in his stroller. Where i wish i would have been). Posted by THE WITHERS FAMILY. Monday, June 4, 2012. Halloween sill soon be among us. Our g...

Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Some dear friends of ours invited us over to their home for Thanksgiving this year. We were excited to be somewhere other than our house and to be able to have a HUGE Thanksgiving feast with people that we love. I think there were somewhere around 25 people for Thanksgiving this year. It was awesome! Sherianne had crafts for the children to do so they didn't get bored. Sophie was showing off her turkey she made. Posted by THE WITHERS FAMILY. We LOVE this little guy! Charlie has...

Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Gingerbread Houses is another one of our favorite things to do around Christmas time. Why do I overload myself with all these activities during December is BEYOND me. The year before we tried doing a TRUE gingerbread house. With real gingerbread and all.NEVER again! This year, we kept it simple and it worked out so well! Graham crackers are the only way to go! Focusing so hard on her accessories to her house. Carefully putting it all together. Here is what Chad whipped up.

Wednesday, December 21, 2011. So we wanted our last day in Louisiana to be especially fun for our kids. Karlee had this whole fun activity planned out and then it ended up raining! Wah) BUT, it did stop raining for a couple of hours, so we went out and scoped the driveway to see if we would still be able to our activity. Chad helped tape the table clothes down, we had the kids get in to their swimsuits and had them come outside to see what we had in store! Rylee asking me for a kiss.ya right! We ordered ...

Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Someone Had A Birthday. January 9, 2012. This cute girl turned 9 today! We did our traditional birthday breakfast, decorated her room with balloons and woke her up by singing the Birthday Song. Rylee's birthday was on a Sunday this year, so we did some fun celebrating on Saturday so she could pick some place to eat for her honorary birthday dinner with the family. Dad joined in on the fun as well. We told Rylee she could go pick out something under $30 as part of her gift, an...

Friday, March 30, 2012. Come Listen To A Prophet's Voice. We love Conference Time! We use to go to the church each Sunday (several years back), and then we realized how WONDERFUL it is to stay home. Especially now. Chad has a projector that his company provides to him for business meetings, so when it is Conference Time, he sets it all up. The kids love, love,. This We bring up the table from the basement, hand out our conference packets, get our penny jar ready, lay out the yummy food and we are set!

Tuesday, January 22, 2013. While Chad was working in Dallas, he was able to attend a Dallas Mavericks basketball game. Apparently it was the same night that they were doing the "ring ceremony" for being the National Champs! He was so excited and I LOVE it when he gets excited about those sorta things. Makes my heart melt. While daddy was down south in some warmer weather, we tried to keep warm up here in Kansas. Posted by THE WITHERS FAMILY. We played Wii for most of the night together. We went outside a...

Monday, December 24, 2012. When we come to my parents house, it is always a fight over who gets to play with the DS's. Charlie and Boston are constantly asking to play with them, so we need to give them a time limit. Not that there aren't moments where I seem to forget how long my son has actually been playing). So, it surprised me to walk in and see Kent playing on them as well. He played for long than just 5 minutes too. It was quite funny! Posted by THE WITHERS FAMILY. Thursday, December 20, 2012.

Beehive Art Salon: August 2012
http://beehiveartsalon.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
About the Beehive Art Salon. Friday, August 31, 2012. When was the last time you received a hand written letter in the mail? In the spirit of handwritten letters, we are creating a letter-writing project. It will be small. It won't be chain-letters that curse you with a hex if you don't write 5 more letters. It doesn't matter how long it is, just that you write it! The rules are simple:. 1 Write a letter to your assigned person. 2 Use YOUR HANDWRITING and no computers. 4 Send it by the assigned date.
