for the love: Have courage to be imperfect
http://jordanaste.blogspot.com/2013/07/have-courage-to-be-imperfect.html
Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Have courage to be imperfect. Have courage, be brave, do something crazy, yolo, have faith, be open, take your walls down. The list goes on. But courage to be imperfect sums up every single one and will bring more joy than can ever be explained. Perfection is something we strive for each and everyday whether it be with school, work, our bodies, our relationships. We want to be perfect. Why? Because everyone else seems to have it made. If we open ourselves up and realize that we ar...

Wednesday, December 26, 2012. My Aunt Maria read this on Christmas Eve and I needed to share. TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. For Sandy Hook Elementary. Twas' 11 days before Christmas, around 9:38,. When 20 beautiful children stormed though heaven's gate. Their smiles were contagious, their laughter filled the air. They could hardly believe all the beauty they saw there. They were filled with such joy, they didn't know what to say. They remembered nothing of what had happened earlier that day. Excitemen...

http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010/02/finding-your-way-around-dolls-house.html
Monday, February 15, 2010. Finding Your Way Around A Doll's House. So, since we're all just students of French, I thought, oh, I don't know, maybe. Some of you would like to have a summary of the plot of A Doll's House. Seriously, with resources like this, I would have graduated college with honors. Meanwhile, Dr. Rank, a family friend, flirts with Nora before revealing that he is terminally ill with. Of the spine (a contemporary euphemism for. Nora tells Kristine of her predicament. Kristine says th...

Winter In Paris 2010: The French Easter Fiesta
http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010/04/french-easter-fiesta.html
Monday, April 12, 2010. The French Easter Fiesta. Me telling everyone to come and get it. Max was wise and ate on the top bunk to avoid the feeding frenzy. The spread: Homemade guacamole, salsa, refried beans, chicken tacos, with a few little French additions, like creme frâiche instead of sour cream, gouda cheese instead of cheddar, and romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. Luckily cooking for you guys is like shooting fish in a barrel. Especially when you have been Mexican deprived for months.

Sunday, April 18, 2010. I know you all thought you'd be home by now, but since you're not, I thought I'd entertain you with some new blog posts. I wanted to thank Angela and Mike for the great recital the other night, and I know, like everyone, I enjoyed it immensely. Here's the photos:. Mike teaching Jack a few things on the guitar, and during his performance. Angela at the harp. It made us laugh, it made us think, and it was overall just beautiful. http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 20, 2010. And I loved the idea of the locks the first time I heard about it from Reba. Then on to dinner. I'm still trying to figure out why Steve (and Chelsea) got the Tartare. Finding a home for our locks. And I had no idea that Jack had become so attached to his lock and was heartbroken when he realized he had to leave it. We appeased him by giving him Garret's (sorry Garret). Throwing the key into the Seine. Our own row of locks. Sunday, April 18, 2010. Angela at the harp. Me telling e...

Friday, April 19, 2013. While on a drive with my cute dad he asked, "If you could meet anyone who would you want to meet? Instantly, as I am sure any of us would ask, I asked, "dead or alive? He said alive. This instantly trumped my dream of meeting Mother Teresa; so I had to sit and wonder. I have more than enough. The purpose of life is… Above all else, is to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have it made some difference that we lived at all. Monday, April 8, 2013. I have been in this rut wh...
